Not able to use the bathroom so not nice. We bought food and we should have been treated better. Please allow the customer who is buying food to use the bathroom if needed. Thank you.

Purchased a family size 8 pc original bucket. Never again! The chicken was over cooked, super dry, and tasteless. But the coleslaw made up for it, half cabbage bits and lots of water. More than likely, it was last night's batch. Bon appetite !

You know, I can never go wrong eating in Kentucky roasted chicken isn't the biggest place in the world to eat, but it's good that you don't feel you're asking for your money back when you're done. I have to say, although it is the most complicated menu that I have ever ordered, and I think it is designed so that you do not know that you pay too much so that I only ask the staff that is what I want, what is the cheapest way to buy it and they have helped you really nice people. It's just a little hard to say how long something was cooked, but naturally take off and I enjoyed it I would eat there again.

It was New Years day 2022 and there were only 2 elderly females working at 10am that day. They were short staffed but managed to give Excellent service with a smile and our food was nice and hot. Keep up the awesome job
