Uncle's Fish Market and Grill

Unfortunately the seafood did not taste fresh. The grilled fish was rubbery and the scallops tasted old. They had the “old refrigerator “ taste. Maybe because there’s been a drop in patrons so the seafood is not turned over fast enough. Last year the seafood was fine.

Service was great. Waters were filled up promptly and not a long wait for food. The seafood chowder was very good but the fish and chips were overcooked and dried out. My son had the shrimp and chips they were also chewy and dry.

Fabulous for a casual dinner with local food items. Our server Kat was very friendly and attentive. She suggested Uncle 's Tower as an appetizer with fresh fish and poke ' which was wonderful. Beautiful presentation on all entree 's. Fish is fresh with several catch 's of the day available. Meals for 3 people with shareable .appetizer totaled $120.

We asked for some bread while we drank...………….she told us we could buy one garlic bread or three pieces. It was weird, my friend really wanted a pupu, but there is nothing if someone does not eat poke/calamari. We ended up with buying chips and an order of salsa , that had celantra which I do not like. The fish was a bit dry. I was so disappointed for $140!

Onkel is the affordable option for nico’s, but that has blown a bit and they have made a separate call for themselves. they have a good luck.
