Burger King - Hope Mills

The yound manager Andrea was very polite. The food was fresh and hot. My wait time was not long. I received my food really fast. I will be returning back tomorrow

Big food team members were big cashier Ariel was so sweet manager Andrea was so politely played with my granddaughter I tried to leave her a tip, said they came back to Burger King, that's all we want big employees

It is rough out there. Nice restaurants that have drive-thrus have tons of lines. The competitors around Hope Mills have suffered so I don't go there anymore. I came here and although I had to wait in line I understand about staff issues. I made sure I told the people at the window how much I appreciated them. They were all very nice and polite. But when I got my food they were two of the most delicious double cheeseburgers I have ever had at a Burger King. My whole night was changed because of the quality of that food and the people working. Definitely check them out if you're hungry you will not be disappointed.

The customer service is consistently good whenever I visit. The food is what you'd expect from a fast food place. The coffee is usually decent, but today it tasted like hot water. I ordered breakfast, and the coffee pot was empty. The staff member said it wouldn't take long to brew a fresh cup, but I noticed she didn't even change the filter and just added new coffee to the old brew.

I had a fantastic experience at Burger King! The service was excellent today, and my food was hot and ready quickly. They got my order correct, including all the substitutions I requested. A special thanks to Mashonda—your smile truly brightened my day!
