Chick-fil-a - Hope Mills

My husband and I went to chick-fil- A in hope mills and I want to start off first by saying the employees needs more training on how to talk to customers. We ordered a grill chicken combo and a chicken sandwich with a small shake and it came up to almost 20 buck. We couldn't figure it out why so much but after waiting 15 minutes to get two wet sandwich and two soggy fries which I didn't order but was charged for it and it was the worst meal I ever eaten. They must be under new management because it shows. I will never eat at hope mills nasty Chick-fil-A again I rather eat at Kentucky fried chicken.

I usually love this place but I ordered a 5 piece an 8 piece I got THREE pieces of chicken in my sons box I broke some off of the small piece) I got this oddly shaped piece they considered 2 pieces WHAT IN THE ??

This Chick-fil-a is our family's go to!!!! We wish more fast food places operated as efficiently as they do! You can drive up while they have a line around the corner and you are still out of there, food in hand, surprisingly quickly!!!! The employees here are always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. It seems like they want to be at work and enjoy be there. It makes a huge difference. The food is always hot and fresh. Our orders are usually always correct. The few times they were not, the issues were addressed and fixed promptly without issue. The app makes ordering a breeze and also allows you to get rewards. This restaurant's employees took the time to tell me about the app and show me how to use it. On another visit they took the time to show me how to use the rewards so that I could redeem our points. AGAIN THIS RESTAURANT IS OUR GO TO!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOD FOOD, FAST AND EFFICIENT, WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT!?!?! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Ordered a 30 piece grilled nuggets for my kids. Was given a 30 piece fried. So I turned around and came back. This time I was handed a bag that said 30 piece grilled but in the bag was a fried chicken sandwich chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. My daughter only likes the grilled nuggets but I could not wait in the drive thru for another 15 mins as she had to pee so I had my wife try to go inside the store (the front door says they're open till 10pm) but it was locked so I assumed they were just open for drive thru till 10pm. I drove my wife and kids all the way home so my daughter could go to the bathroom and not pee herself in my backseat and drove back with the food to get my order corrected. Turns out they actually closed at 9pm despite all their signage on the front door saying 10pm. So I had to drive to the Chick-fil-A on Raeford AND PAY FOR A COMPLETELY NEW ORDER. Worst Chick-fil-A experience of my life. Fix your signs. And if you can't handle the volume efficiently modify your system. Figure it out

This is by far the worse Chick fil a ever. I've never had bad chick fil until I ate here. All of my fries were hard and taste as if they were cooked in old grease. I expect this from burger king but not chick fil a. This location is terrible and they are slow
