Triple O's Chevron Hope

Food was good, staff (incl supervisor) obviouly wanted to be elsewhere. It appeared to be quite a burdon to prepare an order for my family even though we were the only customer. 10:30pm Jul3. Time to change things up.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, food came VERY fast... and it was delicious! Fresh toppings on our burgers. Super clean atmosphere and smiling faces... plus a Mountain View to boot! I definitely would recommend Triple O's in Hope!

I know this is a gas station restaurant but I had never been disappointed by a white spot restaurant before. Stuck on the road all day with the highways covered in snow today. Stopped to get gas and a bite, the food took over 10 mins and was just really poor quality. Tastes awful. I saw a few other people returning stuff while I was waited as well. Not really sure how you mess up a pouting but

Terrible service and unbelievably slow. I waited 10 minutes to order with only two people in front of me and then 15 for the food to come. I also watched the cashier who was organizing my food drop one of the chicken fingers on the counter and grab it and put it back in the back, all without washing her hands between handling money. Gross.

I am a fan of Triple 0's and have visited often in many locations. However, I also encountered the impatient supervisor, who made me feel unwelcome. I'd like to think the burger is as tasty as at other locations, but I left without ordering.
