Hong Kong Kitchen - Hopewell Junction

This is the third time I’ve ordered takeout for my family from this restaurant, trying different items from the menu each time. Every dish has been consistently delicious! The staff at the counter are incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s clear that they use fresh ingredients, the portions are generous, and the spice levels match the descriptions perfectly. The food is genuinely enjoyable. The decor is typical of a strip-mall Chinese takeout place (not particularly impressive), but don’t let that discourage you. The quality of the food is outstanding!

We are consistently pleased with the food quality here. We've witnessed the staff’s growth from being a bit inexperienced to becoming genuinely helpful. We dine out frequently in Chinatown, which has us longing for the city. I personally enjoy the twice-cooked pork and triple jade in garlic sauce, while my wife adores the Moo Shu shrimp—although she prefers it without the pancakes. If you're feeling unwell, the hot and sour soup is a great remedy!

Honestly, this place was fantastic! We ordered takeout and got General Tso's chicken, lo mein, chicken with broccoli, and chow mei fun. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and not greasy at all! I highly recommend ordering from here.

I really liked the dishes and customer service, fantastic area right next to where I live. The workers are always very nice. Would recommend others.
