Kfc - Hopewell

The mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and biscuits were served hot and fresh, which was a bright spot; however, the chicken fell short of my expectations. It was overcooked and dry, making it rather unappetizing. I nearly choked on the tough chicken. It has been years since I last ordered from KFC, and I doubt I will return anytime soon. The chicken was cooked so long that the bones were sticking out from the shriveled meat. It was genuinely disappointing. The staff should take a moment to evaluate the quality of what they are serving and think about whether they would consider paying that much for it themselves.

They missed my drink, cookies, and condiments, but everything else was quite satisfactory.

The KFC in Hopewell is definitely the worst I've been to. I ordered two wraps, and each one was hardly bigger than my palm. When I opened them, I discovered there was only one chicken strip, which had been cut in half to fill both wraps.

The staff looked exhausted and exasperated, and customers were left waiting not only for their orders but also for assistance. There was a palpable sense of frustration in the environment. While it might have been caused by the busy rush, I believe there's room for them to enhance their service.

I hope no one orders the popcorn chicken thinking they’ll get actual chicken. Just a warning: if you do, you might end up with pieces no bigger than a blueberry, and they're heavily breaded! This is really disappointing. I wish I could speak to the Colonel because this is just not acceptable. Please think about enhancing your menu options.
