Waffle House - Hopewell

I love every single Waffle House I was in. Normally, they understaffed and worked their dicks, these people make my day every time. Thank you for your hard work! And BTW her breakfast is great!

Stopped in for breakfast. Hubby ordered the steak n eggs, I had the $5 eggs n grits breakfast. Mine was fine. Hubby said the steak tasted off we didn 't want to be those people who complain so he just left it on the plate. Waitress (who was wonderful by the way) noticed he didn 't eat the steak and asked why. He told her it tasted off she immediately offered to have another made, we declined as he was full but she did take it off the bill and asked the cook to check on the steaks. Food other than steak was good. It 's waffle house no surprises on what you are getting.

This is a pretty average waffle house. This is the one I usually go to and the food really depends on who you get as a waitress. Some of the waitresses are better than others. Overall the food is decent if your waitress remembers to tell the chef to cook all of it.

I couldn't be more appreciative. The food was served fresh off the grill as each thing was prepared. It was not a long wait. Tables were cleaned several times. When I came in I mentioned that it was my son's bday and they gave us a special surprise. Highly recommended.

Good experience: The staff was very friendly and courteous. Meal was prepared and delivered fast. The restaurant was clean....there was a staff member outside sweeping the parking lot immediately Infront of the store. FOOD: Don 't expect gormet; This is a waffle house. STAFF: The waitress helping me was very attentive, ensured I had what I needed and I was satisfied with my meal and service. THE NEGATIVE: The sugar, syrup, and ketchup containers were not the cleanest. They are community served vs individual packets. OVERALL: Good experience. I would go back.
