Caribou Coffee - Hopkins

I can't say anything negative about my favorite coffee chain. However, I do wish they had friendlier staff, as I really miss the cheerful and engaging baristas.

I regularly visit this restaurant for our Saturday evening group gatherings, and the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, their shorter hours now make it difficult to hold these events. I hope they can extend their hours to open by 8 or 9 p.m. on Saturday nights in the near future.

Caribou Coffee never fails to impress! I recently tried their new Pumpkin Mocha Latte, and it was absolutely delicious! The scone I had was fantastic as well—raspberry and white chocolate. I took the suggestion to warm it up, which added a wonderful touch. I've been visiting this Caribou location for 18 years, and I've always enjoyed the items they have on display. The staff is great—friendly and dedicated. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

Gosh it's been a while since I been here and I definitely need to come again, I'm having Caribou withdrawals . However I love their coolers and Apple Cider when it's not warm out. Their blue berry muffin is my favorite to eat and when I do get hot chocolate, I love that I can put any flavor shots I want in and it still tastes good. Hopefully I will be able to pay them another visit again soon.

I’ve been to many caribou’s throughout Minnesota and Stephen Nelson has to be one of the best customer service employees I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! This caribou is amazing. Always clean, timely drinks and 5 star customer service especially the way I’ve seen Stephen handle customers including myself. Thank you caribou and Stephen!
