Went in to order a pizza staff was making out in the back instead of helping customers

Never get order right and quick to say I didn 't charge you! Isn 't hot n ready imply you 'll get it right away!!!and that girl so rude. I will never be going back again!!!! Gonna try the one on Eastlake hope it 's better!!!

Rude staff, leave you waiting at window, pizza definitely not made fresh. Don’t even waste time, money and peace going to this location.

Unprofessional and rude staff. The drive thru speaker wasn’t working so when I called them to inquire about it the gentleman that answered seemed bothered about the call. When I pulled up to the window he just opened it and stared at me and as I was telling him what the name was for the order he started walking away! I placed my order online for 10:00 AM and they said that my order wasn’t set until 11:00, even after having a confirmation. The pizza took and while to come out (around 20 min or so) and the middle was raw!Only 5 star “ “ ratings get a response from the owner when there is no effort to address the concerns of 1 or 2 star customers. This shows the lack of commitment to improvement and customer satisfaction.There’s no need for treating people so rudely when you’re just trying to pick a pizza up. It’s 10:00 AM, it’s not that deep ? A little respect goes a long way.
