Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place is horrible! This not the first time this happens to me but will be last! I went thru drive thru and i asked the young lady for ranch and buffalo and she said it was in the bag so i trusted her and sure enough it was not! Then the chicken was not cooked all the way and was still raw! The Mac and Cheese looked like it was from the day before! This was a horrible experience like other times! So DO NOT COME EAT HERE!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else a restaurant they value their customers!

I went today, Thursday march 7 and I got a simple classic sandwich meal and my sandwich was okay but I didn’t like that they threw the fries inside the bag without putting them in a little container or anything. I hadn’t had Popeyes in the longest time bc all my experiences there have been bad and I decided to go today just to get a bad experience again??‍

Several times including today I drove by to get food and why is the location with all lights off don’t y’all close at 10:30pm it was 7:30pm 3/4/24 calling and no answer either!

Made a mobile order for the 12 piece wings, 6 chicken strip, and 2 lrg sides. When I picked it up at the drive thru was told to pull forward and park that it would be out shortly all they were waiting on was for the Mac n cheese to be ready. After a 30 min wait in the parking lot I went inside to check if it was ready. My order was given to someone else and I know that because the guy that received my order circled around and out of frustration threw it at their doorstep saw it on the ground. When I received my order was missing 3 strips and the Mac N Cheese. Ugh at this point let the robots take over the food industry.
