Vegetarians and vegans can definitely taste the difference. 2) Consider hiring more servers and compensating them fairly. The ones currently on staff appear overworked and underpaid. 3) Be more creative with local produce. There are fantastic farms in the area—utilizing them would not only elevate your menu but also attract more local customers. 4) Repair the buoy swing! It used to hang from a tree and was a great attraction; now it just looks forlorn sitting on the grass. 5) While self-serve coffee is a nice touch, please improve the quality and increase the portion sizes (the small is quite small). Also, think about adding a self-serve payment box, as no one wants to wait in line to pay when they’re rushing to catch the ferry. I look forward to giving this place a higher rating in the future!
On the positive side, the outdoor seating was lovely, and they stay open later than some other nearby places. The portions were generous, and the menu offered a nice variety of fish and burgers. However, there were a few downsides. The waitstaff seemed a bit disorganized, and it took a while for everyone to be served. They also had some peculiar rules about where we could sit outside with kids. Additionally, there was an excess of focaccia and overly large buns for the sandwiches, and unfortunately, they were out of dessert, offering only ice cream instead.
We had a lovely experience during our late dinner the other day. The food was tasty, though not particularly innovative. On the positive side, the outdoor setting was beautiful, and the restaurant stays open later than some others. They offered generous portions and a diverse menu featuring fish and burgers. However, there were a few downsides: the waitstaff seemed somewhat disorganized and took a while to serve everyone. They also seemed unsure about where we could sit outside with children. Additionally, the focaccia was excessive, and the sandwich rolls were oversized, almost like dessert!
