Shell - Hot Springs Village

The main reason for 1 star is that they often don’t answer the phone. On a couple occasions I went there in person to order and staff acted like I was really putting them out to ask for a pizza. They also quit making pizza before supper time. I’ve even been told at 4:30pm that it’s too late to make pizza. The pizzas they make (when they answer the phone) are very good *most* of the time. There have been a couple times they were very skimpy on toppings.

No hours of operation, are you open or are you closed! We don’t know!

Clearly false advertising here. This is not right to charge more unexpectedly then tell someone afterwards.. Then when you ask the cashier about it gets nothing but attitude get ignored. Never will visit again..

It says 24 hours, but it closed at nine leaving me stranded because there are no other close gas stations.
