La Huazteca - Hot Springs

I ordered four tacos, which tasted authentic. While the meat appeared dry on the outside, it was surprisingly juicy on the inside, and I couldn't figure out how they achieved that! The flavors were rich and satisfying. The food was a bit greasy, but some might argue that it enhances the flavor. I also tried the burritos, which were a little saltier than I prefer, but they were packed with ingredients. Some contained rice and meat, while others had potatoes. I think I’ll go for a burrito with rice and beans during my next visit, if possible. We were served an abundance of food—so much that I couldn’t finish my meal. Regarding the chips, they are available for an extra charge, which I don’t mind, but ours were slightly overcooked. I didn't enjoy those, but the salsa was fantastic! The server was great about letting us know if something might be too spicy for our taste. You have the option to ask, but I found most dishes to be on the milder side, while one friend thought they were quite spicy. Either way, both mild and hot options are available!

This restaurant is really great. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the prices are affordable.

Our meal was outstanding, and the service was fantastic. We will definitely come back!

Came here on a whine and got a meal I've been thinking about for years. Authentic house style made from the kitchen from the store. The pinwheels and green sauce are wonderful.

Wonderful variety of Hispanic products,produce and dried Chiles. Corn Husks in large packages. These help when I make tamales for my family and friends.
