Stubby's Bbq - Hot Springs

A long-time favorite of mine that I hadn't visited in a while. I took a friend there for his first experience, and he loved the brisket plate. I had the ribs, which were absolutely incredible—falling off the bone. If you’ve never been to Stubby's, what are you waiting for? Food: 5/5.

The staff was incredibly friendly when we visited the drive-thru for a meal for two. They provided everything we needed for a perfect picnic in the car after our two-day journey through the mountains. The food was excellent, and the team went above and beyond to make our experience special. I highly recommend this place!

It's clear why this place has been around for 80 years. They serve some of the best barbecue I've ever tasted, and I've had plenty! I wish I could tell you about more than just the "Spud covered with beef," but that's all I ever order. It's just too delicious for me to try anything else! I highly recommend it!

We starved a left very full. the menu is long and complete with everything they want with B-B-Q the ribs and the huh are worth writing to home. not a big sleep room, but it works.

The service is amazing. I love this place for the food, but also the service. They always do a great job, but this week, I made a mistake and thought I had placed a catering order but it never submitted. I called them that morning and they got it together for me. The do catering frequently and over many states and can honestly say that their customer service is in the top 1%. And the food is excellent too!
