Costa - HOUNSLOW

Visited Costa Liverpool Street station. Good place to catch up , pocket friendly.

Requested a regular americano Decaff......preparing the coffee on a paper cup felt a cup with boiling water...and drop the caffe from the paper cup on...results, a boiling big cup of dark water... worse that filter coffee) to hot to drink .So must wait ...but the noise is Unpleasant. I leave after 20 minutes with out be able to touch the coffee..still to hot and they charge allmost 4 for .the terrible experience

Barrister was very very rude not only to me but everyone i think the owner need to be worry about her behaviour I'm frequent visitor but now will change my mind

Lovely vibe here, we came here two days in a row, lovely staff member memorised our order immediately.

Very kind staff, I really like going there always delicious coffee
