Karma - HOUNSLOW

Visited Saturday after England v SA rugby. Booked a table as we thought it might be busy but they had no record of booking so ended up on table near the toilets and cold entrance door. Busiest thing about the place was people leaving without eating! We observed at least 10 people leave within 20 minutes of sitting down and others who complained of waiting 45 minutes before being served. Fixed menu at £21 per head not exactly extensive but even then they struggled to bring the food in the right order and even then it was poor quality and/or cold. If the food had been served in Mumbai or Delhi 93 rupees £1) maximum cost but it would have been better quality and service. Avoid the place until someone learns how to manage a restaurant! Although one plus was the Bollywood singer who wasn't bad.... pity he couldn't cook food and serve the tables!!

Have been there today with 8 of us at 6.30 pm. It took 40 minutes to just get the menu card. Further 40 minutes to get the starters. Staff are very rude especially the person with bald head beards. Food order took more than our with desert another 30 minutes. The whole atmosphere got spoiled on a good weekend start. Please ever don’t go there

Went to this restaurant with some work friends, only wish we went somewhere else. The food was lovely and our waitress Jodie was great but the manager of the restaurant was awful ! When it came to paying our bill the manager got angry that we wanted to split the bill 4 ways. Not a big issue as far as we were concerned as it was an even number for us all. The manager then started swearing at us in Punjab thinking we would not understand him only to his horror one of our party understood completely what he was saying ! Shame on him ! His face was a picture when he realised we could understand him ! It is a real shame that this one man has let the Restaurant and the rest of the staff down !

Food was OK but the singers were telling people to be quiet and not talk. How rude. Ruined the whole evening never heard of that happening before. Don't speak. Lol

Personal attention was given. all food was good. keep up your good work Ashwin Bikram and your team. Make sure Bilaal is part of your team always. It's nice to hear him
