Mcdonald's - HOUNSLOW

We ordered via JustEat after a long day in London, we've been waiting over an hour for food to be delivered and there is no sign of it. The restaurant closes in 2 minutes as I write this. The order was received and apparently the delivery driver has been at the restaurant for over 45 minutes. I've called and called on the number displayed on Google. No one answers. Very disappointing! Also very hungry

The food at this restaurant is frequently served cold, and orders are often missing or incorrect. I ordered a double quarter pounder to go, but received a Big Mac instead. Additionally, all the sauces were forgotten for my girlfriend's nuggets.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant's drive-thru twice. The food was cold and some items were missing. They also didn't provide any sauces when I asked for them. It's convenient for a quick meal while driving, but the service was terrible.

Very busy and we orders a lot of food and came in seconds! Lovely food recommend you going there so many deliveries everyone on different job’s people making drinks in flashing time!

This is the worst place to order from. Our order was cancelled over an hour later and we received nothing, despite just asking for a few cheeseburgers and fries. What a joke.
