Burger King - Houston

I had been avoiding all Burger King locations for the past year due to some unresolved issues with their app and a franchisee. However, during this visit, I went primarily to hydrate with free drink refills, as it was a scorching 110°F outside! This particular location appeared to be nice, with friendly staff who had a great attitude.

The burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. The wait time was reasonable. However, the employee at the window could have been friendlier and didn't inquire about my Rewards membership.

I strongly believe it's time to reconsider the night shift staff at this restaurant. This is the second time I've visited, and I haven’t been able to place an order! Why operate a 24-hour service if you’re going to turn customers away? It’s only 11:30 PM! This is simply unacceptable. Does management realize that customers are being turned away because staff are unwilling to perform their duties?

Do not eat here!!!! I ordered online, and when I got there food still wasn’t ready we waited for a good 40min at the drive thru window.. so you would think everything fresh! no, when we received the food everything was cold like it had been made. and the drinks was watered down. I’ll never eat here again I went on June 7 12:00am and our order was messed up smh tried to call when I got home no answer

The food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. The French fries were fresh, and hot.
