The best hamburger I've ever had! The customer service was fantastic. I was in my usual neighborhood and felt like grabbing a bite to eat when I drove by this place and decided to give it a try. The food was excellent. Even the breeze felt refreshing after nearly 30 rides before I finally took a break to eat.

I registered online for rewards and discounts and visited for my first order on a weekday afternoon. The dining room was spotless, and the staff assisted us immediately. They readily accepted all my coupons without any issues, making us feel very welcome. There was a little confusion regarding a missing large fry; the cashier had separated my vouchers onto a different ticket, which made it unclear that it was part of the same order. However, instead of being difficult, the manager took the time to review the complicated transaction with me and resolved it with a smile. This is what old-school customer service is all about. The food was excellent as well. Even though this place is a bit out of my way, I’m looking forward to coming back more often.

This was my first time visiting a Checker’s, and I really enjoyed it! The place was very clean. The food was quite good, and the prices were low, making it a great value for the portion sizes. I heard the fries are among the best here, so I tried the loaded fries. They were a bit salty, but overall still tasty. My friend ordered the chicken and fries, and she thought it was pretty good as well. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!
