Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

SKIMP SKIMP SKIMP. Most of the workers always skimp the scoop of chicken/protein! Even when you ask for double they still skimp that too. One of the female workers literally skimp on the lettuce and corn which is wild, lmao. Also I’ve experienced them being out of veggies several times. Their excuse is the preps went home, but they went home at 3pm in the day???? When the store closes at 9 or 10pm???? Insane.

Love this place. Great food. Portions good. Lemonade is my favorite here. Never have to wait long. The line goes fast. Clean. This time our server was Ruben. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.

The girl on the line was amazing she was polite and treated us very well. But the management is lazy she seen the line long and refuse to help . She is on her phone and not helping.

Below average compared to other Chipotle locations. Few of the employees are rude and the rest are fine and nice. They usually mess up my order, I do mobile orders in the app to get rewards. Overall, I don't recommend this location to any one, unless you are severely starving and need eat to avoid starvation, then yes. Otherwise, I recommend other Chipotle locations if you want to enjoy eating a burrito bowl.

I’m a regular at this location and have been since they opened years ago.. The Service, food, and specially the cleanness have gone down dramatically… whatever changes you made in the past months,PLEASE REVERSE THEM. Btw.. how do you run out of forks and napkins??? Really? Update 01/19/2023: whatever you guys did, keep it up! I suspect that you change managers! Great service, good taste, and consistency is back to normal. You can see it in the amount of people coming in at lunch time.. you’ll be seeing me more often!!
