Chuck E. Cheese's - Houston

We went here for a birthday party today and had a great experience. The whole place was extremely clean, the pizza was delicious, and the games were fun and in working order. We will be back!

A beautiful place for children, but since they are down size it is much smaller and allows only 2 hours for a birthday party. Not so many games and it is expensive for playing cards

Always a good place to take the young kids to have them burn off some energy. Miss the old Chuck E. , but understand why they had to take the 'ball pit ' away and the overhead maze, the animated characters on stage was always a treat, and having a Chuck E come out and mingle with the kids was always fun. Not the 5 star it used to be but 'it is what it is '

The atmosphere of the place was enjoyable, and the soda was excellent. However, I believe some improvements could be made. For instance, the prices of the appetizers are quite high. Additionally, the kitchen hours should be extended. It seems counterproductive to stay open longer if the kitchen closes early. That's just my opinion, but overall, I think there’s potential for improvement.

I visited this restaurant during off-peak hours to avoid the chaos that can occur later on. While I understand that the business is slow and the employees may seem a bit lackluster, my main concern is their lack of attentiveness. Additionally, my daughter waited twice for Chuck E. Cheese to make an appearance, but he never showed up. I'm not sure if it's due to the youth of the staff or a lack of care on their part, but customer service clearly isn't a priority here. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, and I think I will look for another place that might offer a better experience. On a side note, when I tried to provide feedback through the link they offered, it didn’t even work.
