El Kiosko: Clay Rd - Houston

I've always enjoyed coming to this restaurant, as the food is consistently good. However, I had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Yesenia. She seemed rushed while taking my order and had a rather unpleasant demeanor, even using her phone during the interaction. I believe that if someone doesn't enjoy working with people, it might be better for them to consider a different job. This kind of attitude isn’t great for business.

On July 30, 2023, I was puzzled as to why this restaurant even has a mobile app when the employees are unable to help redeem rewards. Only the manager has access to the system, and they need to be present for any reward redemptions. It's frustrating to have an app that you can't use effectively—why promote it if I can’t take advantage of my rewards?

I'm giving this restaurant one star mainly because of a young girl who works there. She either couldn’t hear or chose not to listen when I placed my order, and her immature attitude really stood out to me. On a positive note, the older woman there had a great attitude, but overall, I won’t be returning.

I arrived and the girls looked annoyed took a time for them to take our order even when we were ready. After that I order hot chips with elote in them and I only received the chips with cheese. My fiancé order some nachos and then took forever to give them to us witch was no problem because we were hanging around. But when we revived them they looked and tasted horrible. At this point I rather just drive to spring branch to eat at a kiosko don't recommend this place.

This place is super good! Elisa has the best service here! Will definitely be coming again!
