Eric's restaurant is located within UH Hilton, It's such a cool place. I can say they are very friendly and welcoming. One thing that stood out for me was that robot coming to deliver food ?.They have a bar there too where you can order your drinks, juice included.

During weekdays the food quality is very good. However on the weekends it is often not as good and does not have the quality you expect from a hotel restaurant. Some items such as steak salad seem not freshly cooked during the weekends and burgers are often overdone and dry.

Good place for meetings. Good food, good portions. Recommend.

Servers were slammed and we waited >45 min for order. Yes, it was busy, but a professional establishment will handle it and not use as an excuse. On a food note, french fries used to be good but are now fat and mushy.

Food good. Service sucked. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service this bad. And unfortunately it’s the only restaurant attached to the hotel.
