Lomonte's Italian Bar - Houston

Food was very good. Wine list had a variety of choices and price points. Service was very attentive. It is much quieter on the patio than the dining room, which can be noisy and hard to talk. Parking can be a challenge if restaurants in the enclave are busy. There is parking across a street nearby.

This was our first time dining here and it is a lovey place. We ate inside but they have a great patio which we will use next time. Our server was wonderful and extremely helpful in assisting us in deciding on wine and food. I had the Veal Limone and my sister had Veal Picatta. They were both very good. The sauce on the veal limone was scrumptious and it was an ample portion. We will definitely go back and try a new dish.

Took my wife, aunt, sister and brother in law for my aunt's Christmas gift. My wife happed to notice that they bill their fare as St Louis Italian style. My whole family was born and raise in St Louis, so we thought it would a real treat for my aunt. Well they did not disappoint. The eggplant parm, pistachio crusted chicken, and grilled salmon were all fantastic. Service, atmosphere and pricing all exceptional. My remembered she had eaten here back in 1987, which made us wonder we had not been back since. Well we plan to correct this. Also had the good chance to meet the owner Barbie. Very personable lady.

Every time we go to Pasta Lamontes it’s consistently fantastic! The music, food ,service and atmosphere are the best, we celebrate every valentines, Xmas new years, and also birthdays, thank you so much! going on 17 years!

Best Italian food in Houston! You will want to find time to have a meal here! It’s worth it!
