Love this place, the staff is always pleasant and gives wonderful customer service. Great place to get a Michaelada and delicious meal

While the food is very good, they made my order wrong, twice. When I first came back and told them that they made more mistakes. The last time I left, they forgot the drink, extra side of Guacamole and Pico de Gallo. I will never return to recommend the place.

I picked up an online order and when I came to the restaurant, no one was in sight, so I called the restaurant to let someone know I was outside. The man who answered the phone, I told him politely that I was here to pick up an online order and told him I was on the eve. The man thought I would say that I was outside the restaurant, then he told me in an rude way, please come in thank you and immediately hanged in my face. I called back and he answered the fax machine. Then I waited a few minutes and called back. When he answered, I told him I just called, and he hung in my face and I wanted to tell him I was already in the restaurant. Entrepreneurs need to do better on communication and professionalism. I'm an entrepreneur and I'd never talk to customers or hang up like he did to me...

I came to Los Reyes at 11:00 on a Tuesday night with another person. We said we should sit somewhere where we want, and have brought menus to us immediately. Customer service was top-notch, two people were waiting for us. The food came out quite quickly and was presented properly. However, food was lacking in taste. The fried beans lubricated as if they came out of a can and the tortilla chips freshly from a plastic bag from the grocery store. The rice tasted a bit like cooked in the morning and sat out all day. The fajita meat tasted good. Overall, food needs a great improvement, but the kindness of the staff was great.

Great atmosphere, has a real drive bat welcoming family type vibe. Drinks are great, strong and reasonably priced. Perfect place for lunch after work or diner with family. I've had at least half of the items on the menu and they offer robust flavors and hit different notes per each dish. Now the prices are not cheap, but they are not expensive either. Everything is reasonable priced per the quality of the food and service received.
