Luby's - Houston

I live way in Fresno and I love coming to this Lubys. Food is good and hot and the lady Ms. Dee is awesome. She kept refilling my tea and checking to see if I needed anything. Can't pronounce her real name so she said Ms Dee is fine. I really love her attitude within the customers. I will keep coming back to the great food and great workers who keep a smile on their faces.

Drive thru sux..bad customer service n rude. Had to get off in go inside..manager finally came up to retake my order..for the price the food wasn't worth it and not quality nor quality..I will not be coming back to such poor lack of attention to food and

I did the drive thru the young man took my order but did not give me all I ordered. I received my order but was missing my gumbo. I called and they told me to come in to get it . I was not charged for it. He rang me up but didn't put in the correct amt he asked me for the.32 cent because it was a debit. His service was not good. Maybe he was having a hard day. The manager was on the phone with someone else so I didn't have time to speak to him. Thank you ?

I LOVE COMING TO THIS LOCATION. YOUR WELCOMED WITH WARM EMBRACES. A PLACE THAT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. THIS DAY WAS A VERY SPECIAL DAY BECAUSE MY SON CAME HOME FROM MISSIONARY FROM AFRICA AND WE WANTED TO SUPPRISE MY SISTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY. THE STAFF GAVE HIM AN APRON AND WILL WE WERE AT THE TABLE HE CAME UP LIKE A WAITER. IT WAS SO FUNNY. THEY ARE FAMILY AND WILL ALWAYS CARREY A SPECIAL PLACE IN OUR HEARTS. GOD PAY FOR MAKING TODAY SPECIAL.

This lubys need to be shut down, food is worse than ever fish is burned , CHicken is raw or dry After lunch only two people work on the line rr are always dirty but mainly customers service and food need improvement or shut this place down ! Air conditioner not working properly they have fans around too try to keep fresh in there. Not enough employees never you stand in line good twenty minutes , we go there because it’s close to home and feel good is ready and should not take that long people have left because of the wait some people have sometimes short lunch. Improvement needs done or shut down!
