Maggiano's Memorial - Houston

Another fantastic experience! I was eager to try the salmon Oscar, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

It wasn't the right day to truly enjoy the full Maggiano's experience that so many people rave about.

We had a lovely, laid-back evening with delicious food. The hostess was efficient, and our server was fantastic!

The biggest problem was the slow service. I asked for butter the second we sat down. After two more requests the butter finally came 15 minutes after I had asked for it first. Water was brought to our table very delayed. I ordered Chicken Marsala with hand cut fettucine. I received fettucine Alfredo. It took two requests and about 10 minutes to get my hand cut fettucine, whatever hand cut means I don't know. No mention on the menu that it comes with garlic and olive oil. At my first request I was asked about garlic and I said I did not want garlic, yet when I received the pasta after my second request it was with a garlic sauce. Overall the experience was bad. The noise was unbelievable. Have carpet and curtains and fabric on benches to absorb the noise. We could barely have a conversation. We will not come back.

Great food, great location and good ambience makes this place one of our favorites!!! Try the Bruschetas and the lobster fettuccini
