As always, the service was excellent. There are plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the staff is consistently friendly and kind.

I believe these high school workers need some supervision. I've visited the shop twice when there was only one other customer besides me, and there were four employees in the back. Despite my presence for six minutes, no one acknowledged me. Several of them were wearing earbuds or AirPods. It would really help if there was someone with authority and customer service experience to guide these kids.

Definitely worth it! The ice cream flavors were delightful, and the cookies were fantastic.

The staff here at this location gave me and my family the worst look when we walked in. If i could give negative stars i would. Specifically the girls that work here. It was as if they were bothered with the fact that we walked in. I understand it was 9:40pm and you close at 10pm, they showed no professionalism whatsoever. Would not recommend.

Customer Service is pretty dry ; they don?t speak when you walk in no thanks, you?re welcome, nothing of that sort. Ice cream was good i guess. The location is usually clean, never really any long lines. Just wish the customer service was better, but what can you expect from a bunch of teens.
