Rico Sabor Cubano - Houston

I'll be honest, I didn't try a lot of her menu. It is said that I will give up my review at my two visits. The 2 ladies behind the counter are very friendly and friendly. The Cuban sandwich was very delicious as the fresh Guanábana juice they prepared. I definitely do this for lunch.

Great spot. The area around the restaurant looks abandoned or closed but Rico is a stand alone structure, in front of the shopping center. The staff and the menu are authentically Cuban. Everything was made fresh and the prices are reasonable. If you are in the mood for Maduros, black beans and rice or any Cuban signature dishes, this is the place. Don't forget to ask for you Cuban coffee or Mango shake to round out the experience.

The place is amazingly rich in flavor, in kindness and in good service. even when they only have one waitress and one cook. the taste of the food is simply spectacular. Automatically transports you to grandma's kitchen in Cuba. I will repeat my visit definitely.

I spent some time in Houston after living my entire life in Miami and being born in Cuba. It's often challenging to find authentic food from my home country in Houston, but Rico Sabor Cubano Restaurant truly brings back the flavors of home. The restaurant is very clean, the cook and server are incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious with generous portions. This is definitely the place to experience genuine Cuban cuisine.
