Starbucks - Houston

This Starbucks knows how to handle a crowd. They even have a separate line for just the drip coffee drinkers!

The customer service was efficient, but the employees were expensive and impolite.

I had to repeat my order twice and they even forgot to add milk at the end.

I have had nothing but negative experiences at this cafe. I will never return. I refuse to pay the high prices for food and drinks that don't even taste good.

This Starbucks can be a mob scene during a convention morning. If the line is crazy, try the one in the Hilton or a few blocks away in The Shops.
