Hepanic girl named diane, who made my drink 06/11/2022 at 5:24 clock was very rude to just over every customer. they made my drink wrong and insisted that I just throw him away? I went back to ask for a refund, but she seemed very busy. will contact you as I have video proof for the very bizarre change. to win my money somewhere! should have listened to the many other reviews of yelp about the same problems and the same barista

There are a bunch of new young workers with a very bossy manager who intimidates them they are not properly trained only giving 3 stars bc of the location was convenient

Unfortunately, this is the worst Starbucks I've been to. I used to be a Starbucks employee, so I know how to manage a barista, but the service here is always poor. The employees are often rude and my simple drink order is usually incorrect. While this location is the most convenient for me, I often drive 17 minutes to another Starbucks just to ensure that my order is correct. I always regret coming here for the sake of convenience. I hope that this Starbucks can improve over time.

Cannot go wrong with their drinks, but they were literally out of the warehouse of any other article I tried to order.
