Bidra med feedbackLet me start this by saying I?m from Chicago so I know good pizza when I see it. It?s basically another food group there. We went here for an early dinner because we were in the area and the reviews looked promising. It?s a little bit tucked away and the vibe is a bit hipster but not in a bad way. Their staff were polite and attentive. We ordered the Sicilian journey and the trouble maker. Both were excellent. Normally I?m not interested in chewier crust but it was pretty good. Know that this type of pizza is definitely Sicilian style on the thin side fresh toppings minimal cheese and sauce. For the style it was pretty good. Would definitely recommend and go again.
This really is unique artisan pizza it?s delicious?. I added pepperoni to The Troublemaker wow???. The one with prosciutto was also amazing i don?t normally like prosciutto on its own. Really yum on this pizza. The Pepperoni Madness pizza with the hot honey was also a big hit! For me to love a pizza with less toppings than I normally add for it to still taste so good is really saying something ??
This was my first visit. My husband and I shared the pepperoni pizza. I was hesitant about the hot honey so I asked the guy who took our order and he recommended that we try everything as. I have to honestly say that it complimented the pizza well. I also let him know that I like my crust crispy. Again, he recommended that we get everything as is. I would have liked for my crust to be crispier, next time. I wish they offered fresh garlic as a topping. I definitely appreciated that they include fresh basil and fresh Parmesan on the side. I also wish they had Cesar salad as an option and cheese cake for dessert. Overall I enjoyed the pizza and can?t wait to try it again!
Best pizza in Houston, hands down. Wish I could give 6 stars. Every now and then, you come across a place that just glows. The atmosphere, the food, the owners? a damn near perfect recipe. The love and passion that went into this Venezuelan couple?s restaurant concept is as evident in the physical vibe as it is in the food ? Cesar hand designed the architecture and décor, and Vanessa owns the magic in the kitchen. We found GP in March 2020, and we love it so much we?ve been almost weekly since. Fresh ingredients, pizza and salads that your stomach doesn?t regret, and an unexpectedly strong wine and beer selection.
Very cute place and Wednesday is open microphone for all musicians! iIt has a Austin feeling and a great atmosphere. The oven pizzas were really delicious! My favorite was her paprika with hot honey.
