The fried chicken is delicious and the Brussel sprouts were amazing! I never had a oyster shot, but it's worth the experience for oyster lovers.

Not to appreciate the original seating order. The first seat arrangement I felt very cramped and asked for another table. They said they had nothing else, even if I saw empty tables and no line at the door. Then I went back to them over the table, because we sat right under the A/C and it blows right on us and we are both icy. I asked again for another table option on the outside, because it was very cold where they sat and was told they had nothing open until 9 a.m. (our reservation was at 730 a.m.). Finally, my guest went up to ask for another table and then for a larger table that was not under the a/c was granted for us. It shouldn't have taken all this to get another table when there were three empty tables from the beginning. I almost went because of this question, I didn't want to sit there and try to eat unpleasantly. Because of this situation alone, I don't think I'll come back here.

My wife and I were celebrating good news and wanted to go out for a special occasion. We did not feel like Loch Bar was the place after eating there. Our waitress while sweet was not very informative on any of the dishes or wine we ordered. Literally describe the Grand Charcuterie board as “like the petite just more.” With no description of what it came with. The cheddar were hard old corners, and we don’t like blue cheese so would have liked to have know that it came on there as the menu also didn’t describe it. When I asked about the Caviar our description was “Well I don’t like it but most people go with the top one.” The menu also leaves little description. We had to google what would pair best with it. When you have to rely on google in a restaurant for Rex’s, something is wrong. Ultimately the Chowdhury and caviar or subpar. Quality has seemed to go down since Loch Bar first opened. Probably won’t be going back.

Our waitress Zoe was great! She had a great attitude and personality!

This restaurant is a lovely spot with tasty dishes and outstanding service! The staff is truly exceptional.
