Wendy's - Houston

This was my first time visiting this Wendy's location. I must say that the employees working the evening shift on January 11th, 2021 were extremely polite. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The manager made sure to provide a very customer-friendly service. The chili I ordered for my father and myself was fresh and delicious! I will definitely return to this location.

I was extremely impressed with this Wendy's. I was thrilled to have stopped by for a meal. The food was fresh and still piping hot, and the service went above and beyond. There was a spill on the side of my cup that the server did not notice. When I asked for a napkin to clean it, she took it upon herself to clean it and apologize. The team did an excellent job overall!

We enjoy the food at Wendy's, always have, but the manager at this particular location is extremely rude. It may sound funny, but he is truly mean. He refuses to accept certain coupons and limits condiments like ketchup and jelly to one packet per order. Despite his unpleasant demeanor, the store is clean and the food is consistently fresh and hot, so we continue to return.

I ordered a small chili with no cheese and added jalapeños and onions. At first, I didn't see the jalapeños in my chili so I mistakenly complained to the lady about it. She assured me that she did include them. When I got back to my truck and stirred my chili, I realized she was right. My mistake, she did include the jalapeños. The food was great and the customer service was excellent. Thank you!

The service at this restaurant is always very efficient and the staff provide excellent customer service. They once almost forgot a part of our order, but thankfully they called out to us before we left so we could grab the missing items. The food is consistently delicious and always served fresh.
