Bidra med feedbackYour pizza is excellent, and the wait time is short. However, ordering over the phone has been a less than pleasant experience. They recently switched to an outdoor call center instead of using staff in the store. The operators often have foreign accents and speak very quickly, making it difficult to understand them. We found ourselves having to ask them to repeat things multiple times, which was quite frustrating. I suggest being more transparent about the call center; it doesn't reflect well on your brand.
The pizza here is quite good, but they tend to use fewer toppings compared to other pizzerias in the area. It seems that certain ingredients are more generously applied than others. For instance, there's usually plenty of pepperoni, but when it comes to beef (like hamburger), the portions are lacking, and that’s my favorite pizza topping!
The pizza didn't quite meet my expectations, but I really appreciated the manager's effort to personally deliver a gift card to my home. This level of customer service is commendable. I would still recommend the restaurant.
