Bidra med feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The elderly woman at the register, who had blonde hair, didn't provide any customer service. I would have preferred a malfunctioning machine instead. I tried to scan my coffee at the self-checkout, but it wouldn't go through. While I was waiting for help, I noticed that someone behind me was jumped ahead without anyone acknowledging that I was still there. Eventually, I went to the register after waiting for assistance, but the woman seemed annoyed. She then said that she needed to call a manager, suggesting through her earpiece that I must have scanned it wrong. I was frustrated with the whole situation—it felt like my money didn't matter.
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The woman at the counter had a rude attitude when I tried to pay with a $100 bill, and the fact that they couldn't provide change was frustrating. I hope your morning goes better than mine did with the unfriendly staff member. I won't be returning.
I can only give one star because nine out of ten times, either my sister or I end up feeling unwell after eating here, and it impacts our car's performance. I’ve noticed that when we leave the restaurant and hit the road, the car performs poorly, but as soon as we get out of that area, everything goes back to normal. This has to change! Otherwise, I won't continue to be a Wawa customer, not at all!
So this is a complete new title of my first review. The first was more about the pandemic and the store. It's about the workers. On the other day I went to the ladies' room in the early afternoon. A mess as usual and someone's fake eyelashes float in the sink. EW! So I told the woman in the register to ask a manager to clean this up. Now this is the woman with brown hair and glasses in the register that does not know how to smile. She looks at me. I was back then and the eyelashes were still there. I told the manager, a nice guy, he'd take care of it. Every time I had a problem, he was nice to hear me. I feel for the evening manager because he has his job and has to pick up the slip from the afternoon shift. It's not just here, but in many places since the pandemic. Many people do the mere minimum when it comes to their work. There is very little good work ethics more. People have to work again because they don't get all the free money anymore.
I called and had a few questions and the guy hung up mid question on Friday night at 2:55am it was extremely disrespectful considering I was asking about what they had in stock before coming in.
