La Piazzetta - Huánuco

We cost our meal here. Luckily we arrived early enough to get a table immediately and to avoid the waiting queue later. most people come for the pizza, but they are made of pre-baked bases so that we avoided them and chose the lasagne (special option) that was...excellently the gnocchi and Tagliatelle dishes also sound good and would recommend going with one of them over the pizza. house wine on the glass was very drinkable. good value for money, but the service could have been more friendly, all female employees looking in the usually unhappy to do their work! but it is busy with locals and there is a good buszz, but warn, the pizza oven is right at the front/entry and creates a very hot steam experience!

I have eaten twice and both I paint good reasonably good pizza. in huanuco here is not much choice: I can guess to go there.

It is one of the best restaurants in huanuco, but this is a low bar. it has good Italian foods that is a beautiful change from the ubiquitous 'pollo a la brasa' and Chinese food. the service is good and like all restaurants in this remote service. part of peru, cheap. there are only pastas and pizza, no salads or vegetable side dishes, which is also typical of the restaurants here. we have eaten here often and have never been sick.
