Bidra med feedbackGreat ambiente and friendly staff. amazing interior, love it. eating needs some improvement. the dishes we ordered, tasted the same (cornstarch sauces). Frozen leggs should come with another taste then escape. the steak was very, very, very well done (it was black). I trust that we will be in order next time we visit.
We wanted to eat one of them and finally. we were not disappointed. the food was excellent, with a good selection of menus. put them menu choices if you want and a la carte. there is also a lunch menu. Attention...the detail of the staff was excellent. the menu is also in English and our waiter speak excellent English. we will definitely return.
The cache at la garenne in Huby-Saint-Leu is not eating – although this is very good – it is the theater of the thinning that had gradually died elsewhere. in london, for example, the restaurant has moved to large formica looking surfaces, loud auditorium level and...brisk uninterested (or worst still fawning) service. while la garenne revealed 30 years ago on the type of eating when it was a rare expensive tasty bites, instead of an almost utilitarian necessity that some have made places. from the entrance to the restaurants various dining rooms, the 960euro bottles wein no one will ever buy the ridiculous pompous figures to reach the spot, loading plates, wein eimer only from the evening meal, so that it is always served by a waiter, the long lists of aperitifs and the art, as the cheese when offered, from a massive wicker basket. all these things are stratified to create a true culinary experience. Sitting in the evening on table islands, all deepened into their own entertainment; eating comes up when they look like they are ready for it – there is no hurry. service is cautious and full of showmanship – as if they are covered all evening meals by kloken and show them all at once. eating is very good. there was an amuse-bouche to welcome us. I have green-lipped muscles for beginners and three of us had the jams of the duck, the dark, slightly salty, fleshier than fat, in a delicious jus. While we all had dessert, I was the only one who chose the cheeseboard – the one (as above) was a huge cheese-wilder basket that the waiter had to balance his hip and table while he called all cheese, regions and different awards that they had awarded. some of the cheese had more qualification than me (and also mature). a fantastic experience, fantastic ambiente and great eating.
Hidden gem, a total pleasure and authentic French. they need to try to start the muddles absolutely incredible and a unique setting with absolutely perfect service.
Excellent restaurant have eaten here at least 7/8 times, and the quality of food and service is always out of this world. Excellent for the birthday, and or anniversary treat. Will always return. A very unusual, quirky place, but we love it, straight down to...hill. fromI our Gite presdelaforet.com. Great place, only sad that Didier no longer with us
