The restaurant is located in a beautiful central location, and it's only an hour's drive to the ski areas Hassela and Järvsö. The breakfast was good, but the only downside is that the walls are a bit thin. So you might want to bring earplugs if there are noisy children in the next room. Visa all feedback.

I booked a room for a few hours overnight while traveling north, and had the room for 6 hours before I had to check out. I found it a bit pricey for such a short stay. However, my main reason for giving it only 1 star is that early in the morning, the cleaning crew started their work and it was too noisy to sleep. They were talking loudly in the hallway, so I decided to leave after only 3.5 hours and nap in my car in... Visa all feedback.
Top location and friendly staff. beautiful and generously accessible warm swimming pool and sauna. the rooms could use a renovation. we have a rich breakfast instead of the regular buffet because of the COVID-19 situation, and that was not in order, but I believe that this does not reflect the regular situation. beautiful place to stay in total!
No AC and a fair bit of noise from the road outside with the window open. The original part of the hotel is gorgeous and the rooftop terrace is terrific.
The reception service was good, the breakfast was enjoyable. The room was clean and fresh upon check-in, and it was quiet at night as my room was not facing the road. I informed the reception at check-out in the morning to ask for some feedback, which was jotted down on paper and provided valuable and constructive suggestions. I have chosen to stay at this hotel whenever I am close to the company, even going back to the days when it was first established. The hotel has made significant improvements since then.
