American Glory - Hudson

The atmosphere was lively and fun, yet stylish. The live entertainment was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring we had a great time throughout our visit. I started with a beer flight that featured a wonderful selection of local brews. As for the food, it was AMAZING! We ordered several rounds of wings as appetizers, and everyone in our group raved about their meals. I had the first-class rib special, which was absolutely delicious, especially when paired with the homemade BBQ sauces. After dinner, we enjoyed drinks and music at the bar for a few hours. It was such a fun night! I’m definitely planning to bring my family here when I return to Hudson this summer.

A HUGE thumbs up! I've been here half a dozen times, and the food and service are consistently excellent! The portions are generous, the prices are great, and the menu is diverse—I'm a big fan of the drinks. The smoked meats are incredibly juicy, and the meat practically falls off the bone. The last time I was here, I had the smoked Prime Rib—WOW, it was delicious! The side dishes are also large; I really love the duck and the mac and cheese balls. The specials add an exciting twist to the menu, and the stylish bar and attention to detail are impressive. This is definitely the best BBQ in the Hudson Valley!

Family-friendly and delicious! Many restaurants in Hudson tend to be overpriced, making dining out less enjoyable. I absolutely love American Glory because my family and I always leave feeling satisfied without breaking the bank, and we genuinely feel like we've enjoyed high-quality food. The servers know us by name, and they even recently sent me a $20 gift card as part of their loyalty program! Dining at American Glory has become a cherished tradition for my family that I truly love.

I love this place. American Glory is the BBQ experience right! Amazing surroundings, good food, beer and homemade sauces. I would ask someone to look for some quality smoked BBQ to try this place, especially in the nights they have specials...Kaoke, open microphone night, live entertainment... everything I tried was great.

This place is great! I've eat here with friends frequently and we enjoy it ever time. I had dinner there with a few friends from work and my daughted came along. She broughtg her laptop and they kindly let her plug it it and use it there. As my friends and I enjoyed the time out my child was entertained too. As for the food only one word: amazing. For an appatizer we had the mac n cheese balls that were spectacular. We also had wings that didn't come with sause and we had to create our own with the many kinds they had to choose from. For sure one of the best in hudson.
