The Maker Lounge - Hudson

The food, service, and atmosphere at The Maker are always on point from brunch to dinner at the restaurant, or coffee or tea in the cafe, or a late night drink and morsel at the lounge. This is my favorite place to dine when in Hudson.

Great food, good service, very accommodating for me and my young

We had dinner in the conservatory, which was beautiful. All the food was fantastic, but the real standouts were the caramelized apricots, ricotta,nand prosciutto with local honey and the sweet corn crème brûlée. The service was attentive without being overbearing.

My wife and I spend the weekend in Hudson, NY and had the opportunity to visit the Lounge and restaurant. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and had planned for a special dinner on Saturday night at the restaurant. On Friday night, we stopped in the lounge for an after dinner and we were not disappointed! Best old fashioned on Warren st. The staff were welcoming and lots of fun! Great vibe. On Saturday, we went to dinner in the conservatory. What a beautiful space. Our server was attentive but I was disappointed that there was no mention of our Anniversary. Still opened minded, my wife really wanted oysters and even though they were only on the lounge menu, they were able to accommodate .very niceI was unfortunately disappointed with my meal. I had the Delmonico ribeye special definitely not worth $130! Will definitely visit the lounge again but will probably explore some other options for dining.

We had a wonderful dinner experience. The food and service were terrific. The space is also very beautifully decorated. It was by far our best dining experience in Hudson.
