The atmosphere at this place is horrible. When you come to waffle house you know what you're going to get, but this was absolutely horrific. The manager, I think her name was Sherry, was the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. Past Karen level. I'm a server of 16 years and have dealt with many managers, but she was the icing on the cake. She was yelling at all her employees infront of all us guests, it was extremely uncomfortable. I'm not the only one who felt this way. She needs to take a serious chill pill. The way she was speaking to the employees was deplorable. She needs to be reprimanded or honesty replaced. I will not come back and I heard a few other guests saying the same thing. Steer clear of this establishment, keep going down the road, there's another one or better quality restaurants.

Terrible service terrible good, girl couldn't even cook right and I found one of her hot pink hair in my hashbrowns. It's called a hair net. They don't even wear gloves... The service was rude and made me lose my appetite, will never return to this place to be treated like a nuisance. Don't work in food if you have a poor attitude towards other people. Food: 1

The service was great. Donna is an absolutely wonderful waitress and super sweet, she's a Master salesperson just like her name tag states. The food was delicious and well portioned. Good service time also. Friendly bunch. Will return soon. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
