Sublime. Probably the best restaurant I've done so far in Vietnam. The Vietnamese beef tenderloin was perfect. Perfectly cooked, sauce was good and potato potato potato amazing. The Vietnamese food and the chicken were also exceptional, very tasty. The atmosphere and decoration are also very nice and the team super friendly and professional. Very recommended

True jewel of this area. We had great lunch. You have decent “house” wines to choose. Thank you for this wonderful European experience.

Great atmosphere in this restaurant. We had the onion soup and some western dishes that were very well executed for Vietnam. They have beautiful wines for Vietnam that are not ridiculously expensive. It's much more expensive to eat here than elsewhere.

A very colourful day today in and around Hue. We played tourists to the hilt. It was a lot of fun, a lot walking and a whole lot of ancient culture as we organise our next culinary adventure sorted. A lovely meal inside the Citadel at Les jardins de la Carambole French restaurant. An incense factory, fresh sugar cane and kumquat juice and royal tombs. Stories of concubines, assignations, coups, executions. Vietnam definitely has a chequered past! We are loving it

Good food and ambience! Nice restaurant Only one suggestion is to use the blender for drinks in the kitchen instead of near the dining tables. It does drown out some conversation occasionally.
