Lucky Lemons - Hull

I visited this summer with my dog, Nina Bean. I ordered a simple hot dog for both of us, and they recognized my pup by name and had our food ready in no time. We enjoyed a wonderful meal on the beach. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and already know our usual orders. It's definitely a five-star experience!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all, but I still had to wait over 30 minutes to place my order, and then an additional 20 minutes to receive it—just for a hot dog, hamburger, and fries. The burger was awful; it tasted like a frozen patty that had been overcooked, and the bread was stale. I couldn’t even eat it. The hot dog was passable, but once again, the bun was not fresh. There were no seasonings whatsoever, and the fries were so salty that they were inedible. Overall, it was a waste of $21.00.

Had a little of aline, but overall large service they could open a second window for ordering, but they would have t so best on this day I just came when there was a big wave.

Currently, there are no ATMs nearby that accept debit cards; the nearest one is four miles away, which is quite inconvenient. It's frustrating because many people don't bring cash with them to the beach, and that could lead to missed opportunities for the restaurant. However, there's a nearby place that is set to open soon, which might help alleviate this issue.

Waited in line for 45 mins in the 90 degrees midday sun only to be told that they won’t accept credit card.
