Chipotle Mexican Grill - Humble

The line worker got stuff wrong. I asked for pastor chicken, he put pork on my bowl. Rather than throwing it away and starting fresh, he just removed the pork when he realized his mistake. Then, I asked for salsa and lime juice on the side so I could add to my liking but he put it straight on the bowl. Didn’t want to spend more time, so I let it go.At the very end, the person ringing up my order told me “we accept cash tips if you’re feeling generous” while pointing at a bucket. This was so tacky and ridiculous. Everyone wants a tip these days. I’m a teacher, should I be asking my students and parents for tips too?

Customer service by cashier was not well. Customer service with line ppl good. Queso shouldn't b a added charge r chips.

My rice wasn't cooked right plus they had no chips not a good spot.

This is second time in a row we've ordered burrito bowl where they maybe put a 1/2 ounce of meat on it. I never take the time to leave negative reviews but this location completely rips you off on meat. I called and spoke to manager told her I didn't want anything in return but wanted her to know people will stop going to that location if this continues. Definitely my last time.

Chipotle is Chipotle can't really go wrong there. Service was meh. Place wasn't as clean as I like
