Firehouse Subs Townsen Crossing

I came to pick up an order for DD and the lady's where sitting around. They didn't jump up and make my customers order til I walked in to pick it up for delivery. Unprofessional. Work first then sit around. This cost us Dashers to delay our drive time. Keep in mind, I have enough time to write this review.

Chicken Parmesan was the worst sandwich I’ve ever tasted—no taste, nothing. The wheat bread was awful also. It tasted like it was microwaved.

Over priced this was literally 4 inches for 8.00. It was delicious but I could’ve got a 7 inch for 9.00 at Lennys.

This was my first time having a firehouse sub, but I loved it. Great flavors, fresh ingredients, and great customer service.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant

It's a franchise. The people were friendly. the place was clean. The food was presentable and good.
