The Bakery Shoppe - Huntersville

I treat myself twice a month to their absolutely amazing cranberry muffins! I buy several and freeze some, so I can always have some fresh whenever I want one. It would be easier if I lived closer, but the drive is worth it! Have not found a better bakery yet!

It was my birthday and I needed chocolate cake. In between appointments I found this shop. I decided on a chocolate cake with mocha mousse and ganache. The cake was perfect chocolate y yet not too sweet. The ganache didn't have much flavor, but it really didn't matter much. The guy who waited on me was pleasant and made sure I knew he included a fork. Good thing since I aaa devouring it before my next appointment. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Very friendly staff and everything they make is beyond delicious! I mean that it the most serious way, not in a vegan way. You can tell that they enjoy what they do and put a lot of love into it. I got an iced coffee and apple fritter for my coworker and he loved them both. He said it blows the big chains out of the water. I ordered a hot tea and muffin. They were both very good and left me with a strong desire to return again soon.

OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend this place if you are a big donut and danish fan like me — or even if you’re not! This is now my go-to bakery place! An update: I still go here regularly. Check it out — you won’t be disappointed!
