The flavors and presentation were spot on, and the dishes left a positive impression. However, the service was a bit lacking; I would rate it a 3. While the staff was polite, the service could have been more attentive. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was disappointing, receiving a 1 out of 5. The surroundings felt uninviting and noisy, which detracted from the overall dining experience. While I enjoyed the meal, the environment did make it less enjoyable. Overall, it's a place worth visiting for the food, but be prepared for a less-than-ideal atmosphere.

My family visited this place for some ice cream, and we ended up waiting 10 minutes for just three items. The floor was quite sticky, likely due to not changing the mop water. Several employees were on their phones, and I noticed one of them eating chicken tenders in the kitchen. Additionally, a man waited for five minutes to find out if the food on the counter was his, and no one addressed him during that time. I don’t want to cause any trouble for anyone, but these issues really shouldn’t be happening. Overall, we experienced takeout service that left much to be desired.
