Stonemill - Huntingdon

I am not sure about the new name or ownership of this restaurant, but they do serve beer. That's all that really matters, right? The restaurant offers a lovely sidewalk view of the car repair shop across the street, and there is a spacious 6-foot wide balcony in the back for smokers to enjoy while taking in the beautiful river scenery and the picturesque stone mill on the other side. It's a shame that non-smokers don't get to enjoy this view and instead have to contend with a gas station and trucks passing by on the main street.

My friends and I visited the Stonemill Pub for lunch and had a great experience. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the decor was clean and newly renovated, giving off a classic British pub vibe. The pub featured amenities like a jukebox, big screen TVs showing sports, a pool table, and an outdoor terrace. I ordered the fish and chips, which was delicious, and everyone else at our table enjoyed their meals as well. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes we received. I would definitely return to this pub.
